Bacio della Luna, Metodo Classico NV

Bacio della Luna is located in Vidor, the heart of the Prosecco Superiore vineyards. The winery works with some of the region's top growers to produce exceptional sparkling wines in an equally exceptional backdrop, with Bacio della Luna literally meaning ‘kiss of the moon’. Metodo Classico NV is unique to the region as it's produced from Chardonnay grapes and made in the champagne method (bottle fermentation and lees contact). A nose of peach, lemon and brioche leads to a light, slightly toasty palate. Think of this as a lighter-styled champagne, perfect as an aperitif or paired with fresh fish dishes.
